La Rochelle

La Rochelle was a full gut renovation of a Sea Point apartment, focused on transforming the existing layout to improve flow, functionality and the overall living experience. Multiple floor plan iterations were developed to refine circulation, spatial relationships and social areas in response to the client’s lifestyle and requirements.

My role

My role included developing the floor plans and working closely with the design team and client throughout the process, refining each iteration to create a considered and functional home. The completed design balances efficient spatial planning with a warm and welcoming environment tailored to how the client lives.
